Weight Loss Success Plan: 4 Questions to Plan Your Day
For Weight Loss Success, you need a plan! To create your Weight Loss Success Plan, set aside 5 minutes each evening and ask yourself the following 4 questions:
- What does my day look like?
- How crazy is it going to be?
- Will I be in the office all day, in meetings, traveling?
- When will I be able to eat my meals?
- Don’t skip meals or wait too long to eat!
- Plan for 3 meals and up to 2 snacks spread out throughout the day to stay energized.
- What will I eat?
- Make sure each meal includes a protein
- For lunch and dinner, make 1/2 your plate non-starchy veggies
- Don’t forget to eat 1-2 servings of fruit!
- When will I spend time in prayer, meditation, and reflecting on the Scriptures?
- Weight loss involves the Spirit, Mind & Body. Ask God to walk with you on your weight loss journey to help you stay steadfast and consistent. With Him, you WILL achieve victory!
