Weight Loss Success Plan: 4 Questions to Plan Your Day

For Weight Loss Success, you need a plan! To create your Weight Loss Success Plan, set aside 5 minutes each evening and ask yourself the following 4 questions:

  1. What does my day look like?
    • How crazy is it going to be?
    • Will I be in the office all day, in meetings, traveling?
  2.  When will I be able to eat my meals?
    • Don’t skip meals or wait too long to eat!
    • Plan for 3 meals and up to 2 snacks spread out throughout the day to stay energized.
  3. What will I eat?
    • Make sure each meal includes a protein
    • For lunch and dinner, make 1/2 your plate non-starchy veggies
    • Don’t forget to eat 1-2 servings of fruit!
  4. When will I spend time in prayer, meditation, and reflecting on the Scriptures?
    • Weight loss involves the Spirit, Mind & Body. Ask God to walk with you on your weight loss journey to help you stay steadfast and consistent. With Him, you WILL achieve victory!
