bible-based approach to permanent weight loss for women
who want to achieve permanent weight loss and optimal

Transformation! is designed
to help you build a God-centered foundation for lifelong
health and fitness. It’s built on biblical principles
to strengthen your spiritual walk. You gain awareness
into your emotions and habits and learn practical ways
to take control. You get the real facts about health and
nutrition and a personal plan to achieve your specific
goals.
Designed with compassion, understanding and support. The
Transformation! process is
built on God’s command to lovingly encourage one
another to grow. The small group format provides the balance
of accountability and support.
Transformation!
is the one sure way to win your weight loss war. When
every other diet and your will power have failed –
God’s power guarantees victory.
In
the New York City area, the 12-week program is facilitated
as site-based meetings at a venue provided by the sponsoring
church or women’s organizations. Participants meet
for 90 minute group sessions.
Transformation! has 3 levels
to help you reach your goal and keep you there:
Level
I –Foundation
This introductory program teaches you how to achieve permanent
weight loss from the inside out. In addition to learning
sound nutritional strategies for weight loss, you will,
through the study of scripture, develop a greater awareness
of the role God plays in your weight loss efforts and
how you can develop a stronger, more personal relationship
with Him.

Level II – Fortify
Your spiritual, emotional and physical transformation
continues through the daily application of scriptures
and effective weight loss strategies. At this level, positive
habits are becoming permanent and your relationship with
God is deepening. Your daily plan of eating is fine tuned
to maximize weight loss. In – depth bible study
and group support are the focal point of each weekly session.

Maintaining your success is the focus of Level III. Checking-in
also allows you to stay accountable, connected and committed
to your program. Monthly sessions provide ongoing biblical,
nutritional and group support.
