Even after years of working as a Registered Dietitian and Weight Loss Coach, I still find that weight loss is such a personal issue! I have mentioned my own journey before, but today I want to tell you a little more about where I started and what it took for me to lose 115 pounds AND maintain it for 15 years. I tried every diet and every meal plan. I would always lose the weight at first, but it would always come back, every single time. Willpower was NOT enough!
